About us:

We're the Pacific Northwest, mainly Washington State, Northern Oregon and Southwestern Canada, chapter of the Antique Outboard Motor Club Inc.

Make sure to check out some of the other locations on this site by clicking on them in the menu on the left side of this page.

Also, by looking over at the menu on the left, you'll notice a Photos section. That's the Photo Gallery, and contains pictures from our meets. Be sure to check them out! To sign up for the Puget Sounder Newsletter to be mailed to your door, Click Here

Our next meet will be:

FALL LAKE MAYFIELD WET MEET, TROPHY MEET AND RAFFLE, September 14-16, 2018.

The Fall Lake Mayfield Meet at the Lake Mayfield Resort and Marina has become our premier trophy and raffle meet. Bring your homemade trophies for the judging and awards. For the raffle pile, bring motors, parts, accessories, etc., (the money goes to the club treasury to help support the chapter). There are RV spaces, cabins, rooms for rent, camping spaces, a small restaurant and store, a boat launch and docks to tie to.  (Some of us arrive on Thursday, set up and have an extra day to enjoy the facilities!)

Bring motors to display, sell or trade and of course, bring your boat. Lake Mayfield is a great lake for boating. There are a variety of places to explore. We usually organize a trip to motor up the lake on Saturday and have lunch. Be sure to bring whatever food and drink you will want for the weekend. We will be on our own for dinner on Friday. Saturday, the Chapter will supply the pizzas, salads and desserts.

When you check in at the resort, be sure to tell them that you are with the Antique Outboard Motor Club. They give us a special rate, and they assign us boat slips together in the dock area.

Directions: take I-5 to US Hwy 12, south of Chehalis. Go east on Hwy 12 for about 12-13 miles, to where the road crosses the Lake Mayfield Bridge. About 1/4 of a mile east of the bridge, turn right (south) onto Winston Creek Road. Go about 1-1/2 miles and turn right onto Hadaller Road. On Hadaller Road, keep right at the "Y" and continue on into the Resort, 350 Hadaller Road, Mossyrock, WA. For reservations at the Resort, call (360) 985-2357 (be sure to tell them you are with the AOMCI!).

*DAVE & SANDY HOLTZHEIMER'S SNAKE RIVER WET MEET - Friday - Sunday, September 28-30, 2018.

The meet will be at Boyer Park & Marina on the Snake River south of Colfax, 1753 Lower Granite Road, Colfax, WA. Note: Drive past the town of Dusty on Hwy 26, turn right onto Sommers Road. Travel a short distance to Almota Rd. and turn right. Follow it down to the bottom, turn left onto Lower Granite Road, and travel a short distance to Boyer Park and Marina.

The Resort has now been taken over by KOA, so you have to call them to make reservations, not Sandy. They require the first night’s stay as the deposit. You can call the front desk to make reservations, 509-397-3208. Be sure to tell them you are with the Antique Outboard Motor Club because if there are enough people, we might get the group rate.

Friday we will be on our own for dinner. Bring whatever food and drink you want for the rest of the weekend or eat at the restaurant for lunch. It doesn’t sound like they do dinners anymore. Sandy and Dave will arrange to have pizzas for Saturday dinner, along with salads and dessert paid for by the club. It won't be necessary for anyone to bring anything else to add to that meal.

Bring your boats and motors and let's have fun on the Snake River! We hope to see you all there. Dave will be bringing his barrel to run motors in at the campsite, so bring some motors to run, display, sell or trade! For some of those who enjoy walking there is a trail that borders the Snake River.

If you have any last minute questions, you can call Sandy at 509-397-2490.

Best regards,
Donn Martinson, Chapter President
