I have had this 1916 Evinrude for a little over 10 years now, and as I prepare to move by the end of the year, it is just one of many projects that I haven't gotten around to. So I am looking for offers for the motor, as I have yet to see another one for sale.
It has very good compression, the mag needs to be re-wound, or run it with a coil. I fiddled around with it a couple years ago and had it running for a minute, but the fuel line leaks, and I don't really know much about setting the carb or timing for it, and I haven't messed with it since. I can e-mail pics to anyone interested. And I'll figure out how to post some here when I have more time. I can be contacted by e-mail at armond_deweese@hotmail.com or armonddeweese@gmail.com

If you have pictures of it that you want to post, then you can do it like this:

Underneath the area where you type your message, there should be the words "Additional Options...". Click that, and then you should see a Browse button next to a white box. There will be some other things there, but just look for that Browse button. Click on the Browse button, and that will open up another screen that displays the files on your computer. Go to where the picture is at, click on the picture, click on open, and that will automatically input the picture code into the white box. Then when you post, the picture will be attached to your post (displayed underneath what you wrote in your post). People can then just click on the picture and will be able to see it. If you want to add more than one picture to your post, click on "(more attachments)" next to the Browse button. You can add up to four per post.

Hope that helps.
